The application of steel slag

Steel slag is composed of various oxides formed by the oxidation of silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and other impurities in pig iron during the smelting process and salts formed by the reaction of these oxides with the solvent. Steel slag can be used as a smelting solvent to replace limestone, it can also be used as a raw material for the manufacture of road construction materials, building materials or agricultural fertilizers, etc. HLM steel slag vertical mill can produce steel slag fine powder for metallurgical raw materials and building materials, etc.

HLM steel slag vertical mill plant is a large-scale pulverizing equipment for industrial non-metallic materials processing. The whole plant integrates crushing, drying, grinding, grading, and conveying in one set, with the characteristics of small footprint required, reasonable and compact layout, intelligent control system, lower investment cost, higher grinding efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection.

This steel slag production line is mainly composed of slag vertical mill main machine, feeder, classifier, blower, pipeline device, storage hopper, electric control system, collection system, etc. There are two different layout schemes according to the performance of the dust collector, namely the two-stage dust collection system and the single-stage dust collection system. Both are equipped with iron remover, crusher, elevator, hopper, feeder, slag vertical mill main mill, fan, powder separator, hot air duct, dust collector, packaging machine and other equipment. These configurations are only basic supporting facilities.
