Shovel Blade

The blade is definitely an important part in determining the grinding ability. In daily production, the blade must be checked and replaced regularly.

The shovel blade is used to shovel the material up and send it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for grinding. The shovel blade is at the lower end of the roller, the shovel and roller turn together to shovel the material into a cushion material layer between the roller ring, the material layer is crushed by extrusion force generated by roller rotation to make powder. The size of the shovel is directly related to the space of mill. If the shovel is too large, it will affect the normal operation of the grinding equipment. If it is too small, the material will not be shoveled. When configuring the mill equipment, we can configure the shovel blade reasonably according to the hardness of the grinding material and the mill model. If the hardness of the material is relatively high, the use time will be shorter. Please note that during the use of the shovel blade, some wet materials or iron blocks will have a great impact on the blade, which may accelerate the wear of the blade, and the blade will be severely worn. If it can’t lift the material, then it should be replaced.

We would like to recommend you the optimal grinding mill model to ensure you get the desired grinding results. Please tell us the following questions:

1.Your raw material?

2.Required fineness(mesh/μm)?

3.Required capacity (t/h)?

Structure and Principle
The shovel blade is used to shovel material, the blade panel and the side plate work together to drop the materials and send them to the grinding ring and the grinding roller for grinding. If the blade is worn or malfunctions, the materials cannot be removed and the grinding operation cannot be continued. As a wear part, the blade contacts with the material directly, the wear rate is faster than other accessories. Therefore, the blade wear should be checked regularly, if find wear seriously, please solve it in time in case things get worse.
